The Annual Self Care Conference is the only conference in the yearly events’ calendar to significantly focus on practical self care solutions and this year’s event, which has the theme of engaging and empowering people, will be showcasing valuable self care tools including social prescribing, health literacy, health apps, motivational training and public health campaigning.

A registration form is available with details of the bargain early-bird offer of £60 for individuals working in the NHS, charities and local authorities an early-bird commercial rate of £120 is also available for a limited time only.

Poster Competition – Win £250

Sharing best practice is at the heart of the work of the Self Care Forum which is why we are inviting submissions for our poster competition to be shown at this year’s Self Care Conference on 26 September. Conference delegates will be asked to choose the winning poster and there will be opportunities to share details of your work with like-minded individuals as part of the day’s event.  The winning poster will be awarded £250 to spend on a self care associated initiative.

Self Care Conference Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities for 2017

Self Care Conference delegates are a broad mixture of health experts in general practice, clinical commissioning groups, pharmacies, local authorities, third sector as well as NHS England and Public Health England.
