Sophie Randall is Director of the Patient Information Forum. PIF is the UK membership organisation for people working in health information and support. It operates the PIF TICK, the UK quality mark for trusted health information, and provides guidance and accredited training on producing health information.
Sophie joined PIF in 2018 after a successful career in health information. She was previously Managing Director of Oyster Healthcare Communications and European Production Director of the Medical Education Network. A former journalist, Sophie has a keen interest in plain English and user involvement in the creation of health information.
