Lorraine Tebbutt

I work as a Care Coordinator for the Great Yarmouth and Northern Villages Primary Care Network. I support the Social Prescribing Team and the 10 Surgeries in the PCN.  I have been in my job for 6 months and I love it.  The role is new and changing and evolving all the time while I am learning new skills.  It’s a great feeling being able to help others.
