Having trained as a paediatric and general nurse, Nikki is currently the Community Engagement Officer for Bromley Well, a commissioned service comprising a partnership between Age UK Bromley & Greenwich, Mind Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich, Bromley Mencap and Bromley Citizens Advice Bureau.
She has always seen reducing health inequalities as a priority and has supported innovative integrated healthcare work in Africa, Croydon and Bromley!
A passionate Dementia Champion and Co-Chair of the Bromley Dementia Friendly Community, this work saw her nominated as a finalist for the 2018 national Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends Champion Award.
As a very practical person, Nikki believes inclusion, diversity, transparency and collaboration should be at the heart of all good health initiatives.
