Elle Grey

Elle is a social prescriber and care co-ordinator for Central Bournemouth Primary Care Network, a group of 4 GP surgeries, and has been since 2022. She is passionate about tackling mental health, and supporting others through holistic wellbeing, and mindfulness. Her self-care journey started when she began therapy in 2020, and since it has been her mission to share what she has learnt and integrate self-care into our everyday lives. She runs a Mindfulness group at the PCN which was shortlisted for the Self-Care Awards in 2024!
