Working with the excellent Translation Services at Kingston Local Authority we have had 10 of our most popular self-care aware fact sheets translated into Urdu.
We hope this collection of fact sheets will be valuable health resources for health providers to support non-English speakers who are able to read Urdu. Helping them to understand how to self-care when it comes to common conditions. The topics covered in our Urdu collection are:
